Office staff is horrible. Really obnoxious and unfriendly, do NOT trust them. Ofc Mgt equires you sign documents acknowledging you received something that she refuses to give you, making you tell a lie. Ofc requires you write down your insurance info and then says they will NOT bill your insurance for you. If you question it, Ofc Mgr says you have an attitude and the doctor will not treat you, please leave. Forms ask for a LOT of info that has no bearing on your treatment, they are just being nosey. Do NOT go to this doctor.
