Missed my mother's level 3 ovarian cancer. I'm sorry but you shouldn't be in the field if you can't find even cancer, level 3. Even her nurse Margaret showed up at the hospital where my mom was diagnosed with cancer. That was interesting... Later, my mom died after 1 1/2 year struggle. If Dr. Diaz and her department was more thorough, my mom probably would be still alive... :(
