I met Dr Lao 16 years ago when my now 16 year old daughter was admitted as a newborn to Flushing Hospital with severe asthma. He was then doing his residency. Today he is my childrens doctor, my grandchildrens doctor, a good friend and a wonderful doctor. He is loving and caring and has a great sense of humor and knowledgeable and great with children and the best doctor in this planet so far as we are concerned. HE is located in Elmhurst New York and a rare find.
