I was first referred to Dr. Payne after a car accident. While receiving treatment I felt like I was well taken care of. 4 years later back/neck pain has slowly crept back up. I decided to go back and see Dr. Payne, and since doing all my exercises and stretches and following his advice even outside of his office visits as recommended, I have been feeling great! He always listens, and acknowledges my questions and concerns, and gives me advice and treatment options. It is obvious he really enjoys working with his patients and seeing them get better. I would recommend him!

I was referred to Rockwall Sports Injury and Rehab, Dr. Payne, by my attorney after a motor vehicle accident. The staff was great in the begining and so was Dr. Payne. He immediately sent me to have x-rays and an MRI. I began chiropractic and physical therapy. Eventually I noticed that my condition seemed to be worsening and I began to have sciatic symtoms. I spoke to Dr. Payne about my symptoms and he explained that there was no reason for these symptoms and that the MRI mentioned nothing about sciatica. After three months of physical therapy I fell on the treadmill in his office and was unattended at the time. He soon discharged me and stated that I had met my Maximum Medical Improvement with him and there was nothing else he could do. Later after reading my MRI report I realized that the MRI stated that I needed Facet Joint Block Injections and that I would have syptoms that would mimic sciatica. Dr. Payne failed to insure that I received the appropriate treatment needed.
