Dr. Kumar is a kind, dedicated and knowledgeable surgeon. She has excellent nurses who helped me booked the necessary tests to see her within 2 weeks. After ordering a biopsy for suspicious findings in the ultrasound, she called me after a week to inform me there was no cancer found. Be confident that you are in good hands if you need to consult her.

Dr. Kumar is an excellent and knowledgeable surgeon. Her special personality gave me confidence on the surgical procedure she performed on me. I had a breast cancer surgery on December 23, 2021 and since then I had no side effects on my surgery and any problems. My tissue has healed very well. Of course I’ve been having the regular symptoms after surgery, but no infections or a need to have to go to the ER. I’m blessed to have her as my breast cancer surgeon and this is a testimony to anyone who reads this that if you have Dr. Kumar as your surgeon you’re in good hands. Dr Kumar performed breast surgery on me recently on April 23, I am so grateful for the care & support I received from Dr Kumar and her team. Dr Kumar provided excellent , compassionate care, who goes above and beyond to make sure all my question answered well so I understand my procedure and post op care. Dr. Kumar performed a double mastectomy on my Mom. I am a oncology Nurse, myself and I can say this is an excellent doctor. She went above and beyond to advocate on behalf of my mom. She made many follow up calls to ensure my Mom was doing well. She was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring. We really lucked out in being assigned to Dr. Kumar in the breast clinic at CVH. I am so grateful for the care she provided to my mom.

I was confused after I had my breast cancer surgery by the facts I was given by other doctors. I phoned Dr. kumar’s office to ask for help deciding how I should proceed. The nurses in her office were amazing. Dr. Kumar read my file from other Doctors and answered my questions in a fashion, I could understand. I want to thank her whole team for making my decisions so much easier and clearer.she is also a great surgeon.

Dr. Kumar is very warm, caring and genuine person. I had mastectomy done-minimal pain, to the point that I took only 2 pain pills total. Site started healing almost immediately. As I got pneumonia and ended up in the hospital, she even came to visit me. I would recommend Dr. Kumar to everyone. She always listened to my questions, which there were not many as she would explain everything . Dr. Kumar is the best!
