Excellent overall experience in spite of a very long wait. Doctor took plenty of time to explain the problem and the options and was quick, efficient and thorough with the procedure. Really put my daughter and myself at ease and explained everything well.

He was punctual...met us in his office for ab emergency repair of my severed pinky finger. He repaired a tendon and nerve. Ten stitches...were actually not as major as I thought they would be. Great results. Full motion...small scar.

Dr. Stieg was over 2 hours late for my appt and had the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have been to. Will NEVER go back.

The doctor seems to be very professional but the staff is not consistent and sometimes misinformed, you get conflicting instructions for before and after surgery, waiting time too long sometimes, they don't follow up, forget stuff and errors are overlook.

Good surgeon but the office is a disorganized nightmare. Voice mails left are not responded to. Multiple staff each have own specific tasks. They are not cross trained, therefore you get passed around for scheduling, insurance pre-auth and pricing. If a staff member is not in, forget about getting information. They needed to reschedule one of my appointments, and three different people called me throughout the day - none of them had talked to each other or updated the schedule. It's frustrating enough to make you want to go elsewhere.

Dr Stieg did my TRAM breast reconstruction, he was knowledgeable, honest and warm and compassionate. I had an excellent result and appreciated his warm humor and excellent nurse
