He claimed on his web site and on the phone that his services were covered by insurance; they are not; I was stuck with a 400 dollar bill for one session; which blew my budget for therapy for this year; unprofessional and unethical;

Dr. Moore was warm and very helpful when helping my child and our family deal with a difficult behavior problem. He also provided us with a number of helpful resources to use during our time working with him.
