I had a terrible outcome. First of all, I got an infection and had to spend eight weeks on the scooter and the stress of it tore both of my rotator cups. He under corrected my fusion and my big toe started drifting into my second toe that was fused, and it started causing pain again. I had to go to an orthopedic surgeon and have another surgery to correct it. All that pain for nothing. It’s taking me a total of nine months to try to get back to normal.

I have to rate Dr. Hubbard low due to the fact that his office was dishonest to me. I was a new patient to this practice for a foot injury. During my follow up appointment, the physician I was seeing informed me that he was, essentially, released from the practice and would be opening his own office in Louisville. Wanting to continue with this doctor, I was told that I would be able to get his new number from Dr. Hubbard's office after a certain date. I called a few weeks later and was initially told they "didn't have his number yet!" I waited a few days then called back to be told they didn't have the phone number still. I have now learned that they did, in fact, have my doctor's numbeer but would not give it out! I feel this was lying to me. They could have said they weren't giving the number out and then I would have found it another way eventually. I have no desire to be followed by a physician that knows nothing about me. I certainly don't want to go to an office where the staff are not honest.

I had one meeting with Dr. Hubbard and his staff. They are an excellent team and worked hard to determine my problem and propose a reasonable solution.

I have diabetes and before commercials came on TV about Lyrica I told Dr. Hubbard of my and he prescribed Lyrica. Problem solved. As a child I wore arch supports. Haven't worn them for decades. Had severe pain in one of my legs and had to go to the emergency room. I saw Dr. Hubbard and told him about the problem. He said I needed arch supports. Problem solved again. I had little faith in podiatrist thinking my family doctor could take care of any problems. Dr. Hubbard has convinced me I was wrong. Anything to do with my feet or legs or for neuropathy, I will see Dr. Hubbard, a podiatrist.

It's easy to get in to see, Dr. Hubbard and I can often get same day or next day appointments. He's always willing to work patients in and still gives everyone the same great service in a timely manner. He's open, friendly, easy to talk with and makes his patients feel comfortable. He does his best to make procedures as painless as possible and is willing to listen to patients' requests and attends to their special needs. He is caring, professional and knowledgable and does not speak down to his patients, but brings medicine to their level and is willing to answer questions until they fully understand their medical condition/diagnosis, tests/procedures, treatments, etc. His staff runs like a well-oiled machine and they're very friendly, helpful, professional, caring and give personal service to patients. I have recommended him to several people and they have all enjoyed the same wonderful service that I have. He makes all age groups comfortable from teens to seniors.
