Dr Pluta is self-absorbed, self-promoting, and will keep you waiting astounding amounts of time, giving you lots of time to deal with rude staff. I left her and got a wonderful doctor, who I've had ever since.

Dr. Pluta is very knowledgeable and friendly. Actually takes her time with you and explains things. Incredible with answering your questions. ONLY problem I have is with the staff. The receptionist -- VAL -- is awful and VERY rude! At first she's nice, but it's an act. She looks at you with disdain, speaks to you (and leaves voicemail) with an attitude. Does her job, but acts like you're bothering HER!
