I started seeing Dr Jordan five years ago when I suddenly started having epileptic tonic clonic seizures at 33. He’s diagnosed me with at least three different anxiety disorders on paper.
He prescribed me Xanax, which when taken regularly can be very dangerous to get off of. I upset his office staff due to the 2nd reschedule last Thursday and he called today to tell because of it he will not be prescribing my anti-anxiety medication prescription anymore. He told me to just taper down when he CALLED to tell me. Because again I had an appointment he couldn’t make. I’m not sure exactly what “taper down” means but I guess I will find out from another doctor… or hopefully not the hard way.
During Covid season I went in to try to see a doctor because I didn’t feel well. I thought I probably had Covid. I mentioned to the front office that I also had epilepsy. They told me I needed to leave that they couldn’t see me because of it. I had Covid… that was all.
That cost about $15,000 at the er. He said out of his own mouth they should have called an ambulance if I was too sick for them to see. I stayed with him because changing Drs is hard certainly after five years with a new brain disorder.
The problem with his office manager is always the same thing. They aren’t organized and can’t stay on a dependable schedule with medications and office visits. I had to see him himself only. The office manager is uncomforting…frankly… she was mean to me regularly.
I knew when I left the office after talking to her Jordan was going to punish me so I made an appointment for another doctor before he even called today. So to the purple haired lady that did my smear campaign..my blood is on your hands if something happens to me between now and when I get to another dr.
Dr.Jordan…. I hope you see her for who she is someday and think of me. I’ll google what taper down means. Fingers crossed.

I made an appointment 5 weeks ago. I decided to call the office the day before my appointment, and I was told it was cancelled. The receptionist tried to contact me, but left no voice mail about my cancelled appointment. I just hope my appointment time is fairly accurate and I don't have to wait 2 hours to meet Dr Jordan.

Thank goodness for Dr.Jordan. I felt terrible but he gave me the right diagnosis and has a very light, comedic bedside manner. I was only on the island for a week, so I am grateful that I went to him. There was a slight wait...

The three times I've come to this doctor's office WITH AN APPOINTMENT I've had to wait over two hours to receive attention. Absolutely ridiculous. This place is a joke. I'm writing this review while I am currently waiting in the observation room, they possibly may have forgotten about me. Needless to say, I'm never wasting my time here again.

He is very nasty, doesn't listen. I will never go back to this man again. Unbelievable that someone could be so condescending and nasty to another human being.

Nice man. Good doctor. He takes walk in's so it is understandable that he can't always be on perfect time.

I waited an hour with an appointment and finally his nurse practitioner saw me because I asked. She was finished and was about to come back with instructions for me to follow. Jordan then came in and said that he requested for her to come in so I didnt have to wait any longer and siad thanks for coming and I left with no assistance.

I've known Dr. Jordan over ten years. He is a wonderful person and doctor and extremely hard worker. He is humane and caring in the ER as well as in his practice. He places medicine and people ahead of making money.

Dr. Jordan is simply an excellent physican. He is my doctor away from home while I am visiting the Island. If you are in need of a doctor while you are on the Island, you will be well served by Dr. Jordan.
