Getting an appointment is a very trying experience, especially if you are sick. The only way to make an appointment is on the phone, where you are usually on hold for 30+ minutes, and you will very probably then be told the next available appointment is two months out. The staff can be very unhelpful, even sometimes rude (especially when making or arriving for an appointment), and the office is sometimes overrun with people waiting. On the phone, the nursing staff can be frustrting to deal with, but in the office the nurses tend to be polite to friendly, if sometimes a bit brisk. However, once you finally manage to see him, Dr Guidi himself is excellent. He actually hears what you are saying, he is great with both adults and kids, he diagnoses well, and you feel you have been "treated" and not just "processed".
