Excellent professional and knowledgeable. Have NEVER had any staff member be rude. All are friendly and caring. Seldom wait more than 10 - 15 minutes. Sometimes there are emergencies that cannot be helped. Be patient, PATIENT!! Drive from Montgomery because this is where I get the best care.

I love Dr. Windham! She is an awesome doctor and she truly cares about her staff. She remembered me even though I had not seen her in three years. Some of her nurses are kind of rude and impatient, but that wouldn't change my mind about using her. My only complaint is that you cannot use her as a walk in doctor. They are usually booked solid. I called one day when I was extremely sick, and they were booked for days. I would use Dr. Windham for bigger medical concerns than a cold, because most likely your cold will be gone before they can squeeze you in. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoy her!

Very caring doctor. Some of her staff can be rude but just let them know you won't stand for it and mention it to Dr Windham and it won't happen again. She'll take the time to talk to you and listen to what's going on and fix the problem. If she can't she doesn't have a problem getting you to the next level to a specialist.

If you are looking for a doctor, don't choose this one. You sit in her waiting room for 30-45 minutes past your appt. to see her. Her staff is rude and sarcastic. She appears to care but then, with her actions proves she doesn't. If you mix up the time for your appt. (even by a few minutes) you are sent home . This is a disgrace if you are elderly and most of the time have to get someone to take you to and from the doctor. HER STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY SARCASTIC. The doctor ignores the fact that her staff is rude which means she condones it. She has partners and they may be okay, but she is a horror. It is about time these doctor's remember their oath "First, Do No Harm." I emphatically do not recommend this doctor.

Very good doctor. Always explains everything, including test results. Answers all questions. Never feel rushed. She is the only doctor I will see. My whole family sees her and her partner. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
