I love my new doctor !!!! He's worth the 40 minute drive. :-)

I walked out after waiting for a hour and a half. Watched the office empty then fill up and empty again. Asked when it was my time to go back and was told I was next and next never came. I will never go back to that dump.

Dr. Patel is caring and knowledgeable in our healthcare. We are very pleased with the relationship that our family has established with him. I highly recommend him. The nurses are also very pleasant, helpful and offer good care. Unfortunately, the office staff needs redirected or replaced.

I've been seeing Patel for about a year now and can think of nothing bad to say for him. Though the opposite is said for the receptionists. Most I think act too stuck up for their job and can be quite snobby at times but the doctors assistants have all been really nice. I would recommend him to all friends/family or just people looking to switch doctors..he's the one.

Although the staff at Summit Medical Crittenden definitely leaves a lot to be desired, Dr. Patel is a great doctor. I have been seeing him for the past year along with my son and my husband. He always takes the time to answer questions, to ease my concerns and to make me feel as if I know everything that I need to know to get well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
