please do not waste your time if you have any problem besides needing a typist!!!!She just types away on the computer while you wait for her to record everything you are saying and ooops, she just dont have a clue what to do!Unless you have a simple cold,stay away. I called yesterday (Thurs) to make an appt during business hours..got anwering machine...never received a callback...called all morning and when they answered ..(1/2 hour after was to be open)...says they cant see me today...I went down and sat all day with the hopes of getting in ...then at time of closing tells me...sorry...says can make an appt for next Wed...REALLY!!!..I will never go back to these people!!!

Dr Cook is very kind and spends a lot of time with her patients. Her new office staff have improved the overall feel of the office. Nice facility. Always prompt.

After 8 years with her as my primary physician, I would not dream of changing doctors! Mainsail Medical runs on time and yet allows time to actually have a real conversation with Dr. Cook. She asks questions and truly listens, plus she explains things well. She has rarely sent me to see a specialist, but when I needed surgery, the one she picked out was also fantastic. Dr. Cook is like an old fashioned Doc who applies good sense first,and then any or all of our modern advancements if and when they're needed. I respect her discernment and wisdom! -Fabulous Physician-

Dr. Cook is very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen, and then responds with best care possible. I cannot say enough good about her. She is the best doctor I have seen and there have been many that were good. I HIGHLY recommend her to you if you are looking for the best in Mulberry/Lakeland/Winter Haven/Lake Wales areas.
