Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Franz was on call when I had emergency surgery for an ectopic pregnancy in November of 2008. He provided informed consent prior to surgery and answered all of my questions during the followup checkups in the hospital and afterward. I would use him again if the practice he is in supported VBAC's and was a bit smaller with a shorter wait time to get in.
