First bad impression began entering the closet sized waiting area & upon waiting my turn to check in, it was clearly obvious the receptionist was ill...runny nose, congestion, coughing, glassy eyes, even had her mask pulled below her nose. A male patient checking out even told her he hopes she starts feeling better. Ummm, perhaps she should hv been getting well at HOME!!!!
Something is wrong that her Manager or Lord Lindner would allow her to even be there with her symptoms & the risk of Covid to patients going 8n & out of there. She was also trying to text on her cell while trying to check me in & kept getting my info & details wrong, not to mention how ride she was & appeared to have a 8th grade education. I also got yelled at for not knowing to put my urine sample in the proper place. I was taken to a area that was so small & narrow that 2 people can barely pass each other.....great for Covid protocols!! I immediately noticed the medical assistant handling the urine samples setting out in the open was not even wearing gloves plus she continually was texting on her cell phone that was setting amongst the many cups of urine samples. All of that area is within 3ft or less of where the other 8th grade level assistants weigh you & try to decipher what medical abbreviations mean on the patients chart. Just a total joke!! Next was meeting
Dr "Lord" Lindner.....his royal highness. Yes, he is exactly what all the other negative reviews have described, personality of a fish, very abrupt, zero communication skills, & is clear that he is on a time based practice.
Dr Lord Lindner should change his career path...perhaps a Mortician would be more appropriate for his personality type. Dr "Lord" Lindner is the type of physician who gives the medical profession a negative reputation. He didnt learn his poor qualities at the low class medical school he graduated from, ...he's just clearly in the wrong profession for his personality.

This seemed the norm

He may be well educated but is has no people skills. Didn’t care to hear my medical history or personal concerns. Incredibly arrogant and spoke with a very condescending attitude. Would ask me questions only to cut off my answers admonishing me or telling me and my previous care was wrong. Whispered about me to his scribe yet I was still in room 5 feet away. Was absolutely no help. I work in the medical realm and his care and bed side manner were worst I’ve seen. Gave me no explanation for his exam. Avoid him.

Thought Dr. Linder was clear about the procedure and to the point. I did not find him arrogant but extremely confident about his finds and what needed to be done. Operation went well, liked the surgical center and their staff.
I leave some things to be desired for his office and radiology staff, but their not the worse, I've encountered.

Dr Lindner was horrible to me, the daughter of the patient. He was so arrogant, rude, and condescending. I would never recommend him for anything medical wise, ever. Dr Jurige is the one you need to see, he is a lifesaver, and a very compassionate physician.

First contact with First Urology reminded me of the tv show MASH. First contact was the receptionists, arrogant, disrespectful of older patients. As soon as I came through the door someone yelled “sir the line starts back there” . I knew where the line started, I just wanted to ask a question! When I got to the receptionist she was involved with another recep. having a personal conversation sucking on a drink ,and finally got to me loudly asked for my insurance cards and told me to sit down and I would be called. When I finally saw a nurse she nastily told me to urinate in a sample cup. Finally got to see the “Great Dr. Lindner.” and his minion stenographer with his laptop. The dr introduced himself without a handshake and before Icould utter a response he wanted to know the problem. I responded ,he said something to his asst. then dr said drop your pants and proceeded to examine. Next he checked my prostate. Could find nothing told me to take pain reliever and come back in 6 weeks. I asked him if problem could be related to something else. His response was “can’t help you there”. Left office feeling like I had just left Frank Burns . Incompetent ,arrogant, completely unprofessional, and as Frank Burns would say “get over it soldier” Won’t be going back!

Recommend not using this doctor. Arrogant. Office staff not friendly. Been waiting for close to a month for them to call and schedule my procedure. In that time I have gone elsewhere to schedule the procedure.

Do not choose Dr. Lindner as your urologist. There are much better options out there. He does not have your best interest at heart, it seems he is just there to collect a pay check, and seeing him was the experience I've ever had at a doctors visit. I told him I was experiencing pain and he wouldnt believe me. He then prescribed me antibiotics that made the situation worse. I would not recommend "Dr." Lindner to anyone. Overall, he's a very disrespectful person and not pleasant in the least
