When my life was a total gong show and i needed help I was very glad that I had her as a dr. I had depression, parents divorcing, and combating a meth addiction. She was/is very kind and helpful , I wish She would go back into practice There are few doctors like her , Thankyou M.P

I love her but this in very unfair we are a family of 5 with a baby with allergies and more and the company is charging me 220 to get my medical records very expensive for a family with 3 kids the staff is not the nicest and you always need to way more than a hour to see her!! Canada healthcare does not work shame in the high taxes that we pay and we don't get anything back.

Dr. O'Sullivan left us with no doctor on short notice. We are also being charged $$$ to obtain our records to give to our new doctor. What a rip off to a senior couple with limited income and ongoing health concerns. I certainly won't miss the snotty staff or waiting for hrs in the waiting room after waiting weeks to get an appointment. No commitment to patients here - why didn't Rosedale Medical keep us on with the other doctors in the clinic ??

What a lovely lady and DR. I agree the staff can use basic the basic "manners101" course. Dr. O should not have taken on so many patients if we have to wait minimal one month to get an appointment; plus the waiting room - I have waited up to 3 hrs to get in. And please, only discuss one item per visit - sorry that just doesn't cut it...

After a visit to Dr. O'Sullivan's office, I was going to leave a nice note and rating on here... only to find out through one of the comments below that she's leaving! I called and confirmed it with the office, and she is in fact leaving the practice, effective the end of November. I received zero notice in the mail, and none of the staff said anything about it when I was there this morning. I am deeply disappointed, not only for losing the best doctor I've ever had, but also that I now have to begin searching once again for a new doctor in a city where it's slim pickin's.

After being a patient of Dr O'Sullivan's for 2 years I found out today that as of November 1st I will no longer have a dr. She is leaving the practice & only gives a month notice to people which I find ridiculous. I think she is a great doctor & I have waited MANY times in the waiting room for over an hour just to see her. I am very upset that she didn't have the decency to give her patients more notice. There aren't many doctors in the city accepting new patients & it's going to be even worse now. Also, her staff is very rude, especially the receptionist who slams her window shut when she is done speaking with you.

The staff are extremely rude and inefficient. They are a terrible reflection of the great service of Dr. O'Sullivan. She needs to review the staffing and discuss politeness, courtesy, respect and overall manners. Their lack of ability to keep files straight is a huge disservice to patients care. Dr, please send your staff to a customer service class of some kind. Dr. O is a very thorough and informative Dr. Very pleased with her.

An excellent family doctor who cares about her patients and treats them with compassion and expertise. Does not rush visits, and ensures all issues are covered. Staff is friendly but often somewhat disorganized. Lab reports may not be followed up, and may "fall between the cracks, but dr O'Sullivan immediately follows through. We are blessed that she has chosen to practice here in Hamilton!

It is sad when you know a DR is capable of being the best BUT has front line staff that are very incompetent, rude, and should NOT be working with the public. ESPECIALLY in the medical field. They cancel our appointments and reschedule them a month away. They DON'T follow up pending specialist appointments, referrals etc. Behind every great Dr. is great support staff. Sorry Dr. O'Sullivan, until you have receptionist etc. staff turn over, your reputation will suffer.

I have been waiting for surgery since the day she became my doctor in 2008. She does NOT take responsibility for her staff and she basically would rather appease them, then take care of her patients in a timely, reasonable manner. I think it is unacceptable to make people wait a month to see the doctor. When you call on July 6, you should NOT have to wait until Aug. 2. I would just like to get surgery and get back to having a normal life.I can't believe how I am being treated by this office and I feel I am being used as a scapegoat for the front desk's incompetence and indifference to their job. I have put my trust, my health and my well being in this doctor's hands and she has NOT helped me. I feel I can no longer trust her and that I should get a new doctor, however, I'm scared that doing that will delay my surgery even more. The sad part is that I need to see someone, as the pain is becoming worse daily and I have to subject myself to the way they treat me at that office.
