They made my appointment but didn't tell me it was for a consultation and I wasn't actually having work done. When I arrived they took my insurance card and at the end of the appointment when I found out they were not doing any work they told me they didn't accept my insurance. I asked why they weren't doing work today and they said they just want to make sure my insurance pays with this appointment before making another. I can't believe they would not check that prior to making the appointment or at least prior to having me sit through a video (I saw the doctor for a total of 3 minutes before seeing a 2 minute video and being told I owed $90). Ridiculous
