I went into her office and got a cleaning/X-rays ect. She examined my teeth and didn't even bother to discuss a treatment plan with me. I scheduled my appt (which was a month out) after trying to get an answer about the treatment plan to no avail....I showed up anyways after explaining to her receptionist a week prior that I wanted extractions done all in one visit (which wasn't relayed to dr tran) so after some arguing, she agreed to just work on some fillings. The condition she left my mouth in is COMPLETELY unacceptable. She drilled through a filling she started, then left it, and OPEN hole in my tooth, didn't file down any of the composite so it's sharp, and I can't even close my mouth!! Then I got shuffled out before I could even SAY anything to schedule my next appointment, (dr tran had disappeared) which was yet ANOTHER month out! I'm looking for a new dentist. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. If you're reading this considering her as a new dentist, do yourself a favor and keep looking....

My visit here was very good and I have been coming here since 2011. The staff is very nice and caring. It was very nice coming here through my oral issues. I most definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I went to dr tran because I broke a tooth. I arrived at 730 am and waited an hour in the parking lot for someone to arrive. They finally came and got me in. Gave me some numbing shots that did not help and then she started yanking on my tooth. She yanked and Yanked and then told me she needed to break my tooth into pieces and take It out piece by piece. As my tooth was cracking and popping I felt everything. Then she sat me up MID SURGERY and told me she can't help me and I needed to go somewhere else. I had to find my own facial surgeon to get my tooth the rest of the way out, had to pay out of pocket for this new dr and not to mention they had to stitch me up in my mouth because she cut me. I hate dr tran. True horror story. I'm in so much pain. Ill have nightmares about her forever.

I arrived early, completed my new-patient and Medicaid-insurance paperwork, and was given an unprecedented 11 X-rays. Ms. Tran then examined my teeth for about three minutes, which was strange because my dentists have always examined me AFTER my teeth-cleaning. No cleaning, and no further treatment or explanation was offered. My visit was OVER and I was escorted to the reception area. I asked about my originally requested, scheduled (and paid) regular cleaning. I was told that it would be a "waste of time" and "do more harm than good" because of their recommended $348 "deep-cleaning" treatment, but the cashier grudgingly scheduled me for a regular cleaning instead. She said I would be charged again to actually get the regular cleaning for which I had just paid. I told her to cancel all my planned visits and tell the dentist that I believed it was unfair to try up-selling Medicaid patients and fail to perform a requested, scheduled and paid treatment without explanation.
