Doctor Love repaired my rotator cuff. Less than a year later it tore again. The doctor that did the second repair had to correct damage that was done from the first surgery. I had a very bad experience with her.

Dr. Love cancelled my hip replacement surgery ONE HOUR prior to surgery. Her reason: Her daughter was sick. I was in the hospital, just about to get the IV inserted. I found out later that her daughter was not in any real danger. She never contacted me personally, instead letting the scheduler tell me that I could reschedule 3 WEEKS LATER! In servere pain, and having rearranged my entire life, this was far from acceptable. Thanks to her incredible staff, I was able to find another doctor in Bloomington IL who could do my surgery within a week. Dr. Love treated her committment to perform a major surgery on me like a penciled in lunch date. I appreciate her family concerns, but her concerns for her patients need much improvment. Avoid her at all costs if you can. There are too many other good doctors out there.
