The staff at Doctor Kim's office is always pleasant & friendly, even when calling the office. Doctor Kim , however, is rude, ignores your requests, does not listen to you when you have complaints regarding your health, He falsified my medical records stating I had symptoms and forced testing upon me that I did not request. I have a severe food allergy that is rare and when I mentioned the allergy and requested a referral to get testing I got told by Doctor Kim "maybe you just shouldn't eat that food." He begrudgingly gave me the referral because I kept requesting it. I mentioned I thought I had issues with my thyroid because I have a family medical history of thryoid issues and have been previously diagnosed with thryoid issues, and wanted to get testing for it and He basically said to me "just because your mother has these problems doesn't mean you do, but since you are insistent I will do the testing." Overall He is a horrible doctor, doesn't listen to his patients and misdiagnoses you forcing medication and testing on you that you don't ask for or request instead of actually trying to help you. Do Not Seek Care from Doctor Kim, Use another physician!

He flat out sucks. Doesn’t listen to you, laughs at you, never says what’s wrong with you, relies on all blood tests. Find another doc.

First and foremost, I want to say the staff that Dr. Kim has is wonderful (thank GOD for that!!), but that is where it ends. With the move to the Mercy Medical Facility, dealing with this doctor has gotten far from better. I personally feel like I'm going to dine out as you are given a buzzer upon arrival to alert you that they are ready for you, not to mention that just being in the office is like a Medicare ATM machine. As others have noted, there is absolutely no compassion or bedside manner. I can't even begin to tell all the things I have endured with this man. Presently looking for a new physician, but stuck until one is found. Avoid him at all costs.

Worst doctor I have ever seen. Horrible bedside manner and complete lack of compassion. Openly hostile for having an opposing idea from his. Seems like that's a common feeling among the patients he's seen. I wouldn't be surprised if he wrote the only good review on himself because he DEFINITELY doesn't show any compassion. He's the kind of doctor who talks at you and doesn't let you get a word in edge-wise. If you want a physician who thinks they're better than you because they somehow managed to get through medical school and residency, book an appointment with him. It won't be hard, considering he doesn't seem to have a lot of repeat patients.

Best Internist my family and I have ever gone to. He is compassionate, spends time answering my questions, is a brilliant diagnostician, and sends me for referrals as needed. Other family members receive excellent care from him also. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Kim as an Internist/Primary Physician, whether you have good health or have multiple medical issues.

Doctor Kim has very serious anger management issues. While discussing my health issues he became irate that I had seen another doctor during an emergency situation. He literally slammed down his clipboard, got right in my face, and started yelling. He almost gave me a heart attack it was so frightening. Highly unprofessional to say the least. I will never return to him and recommend others not go to him. He needs treatment for his anger issues if he wishes to stay in the medical profession. I see from comments by others that I am not the only one who sees Dr. Kim has an attitude.

Dr. Kim is unprofessional and lacks compassion. I had bloodwork done in October, and results which required follow-up testing were given to me in December by a member of his staff. That lack of urgency is astonishing. In addition, he has a dismissive demeanor and seems to resent questions relative to your health. I have fired Dr. Kim, and I hope that he will see these reviews as areas to improve upon.

My spouse and I were both patient to this Doctor. Until he made judgmental remark about a medical problem my spouse has to me. Which was not professional at all. Not just the point of talking about another patients health issues, but not focusing on mine when I was there.
