I am devastated! Dr. Castille closed her office! My whole family was going to her. She was the best!

After not answering the phone after 10 rings (at 915AM), and being placed on hold for more than 3 minutes after answering the phone after 8 rings, the "Receptionist" feels its OK to giggle at patients and not conult with the doctor on making adjustments to referals, even when patient requests that consultation. Highly recommend that the "reciptionist" take a class in CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The FINEST doctor I have ever seen in my 56 years. Professional, caring person who listens, is compasionate, and geninely cares about her patients. She even tells me when I'm not doing the right things -- and suggest what I need to improve to stay healthy. I have total TRUST for this highly capable medical professional. Thanks Doc!

My three children and I have seen Dr Castille for 2 years and she is amazing. She listens to all of our concerns and is really there for her patients- will do what it takes to get to the bottom of a problem. Her staff knows me by name and is the friendliest, most caring staff I've ever encountered!

Over Booked, Bottleneck with Staff. Plan to book 4 + months in advance for annual. Missed appointments are hard to reschedule in the same year. Better service response with children than adult patients. Service not consistent across the board. No notification of window openings when over booked. Reminder or response info call will not be person to person. Staff help is over worked to a point of being not helpful. Once helped, service is of good quality, plan to wait.

Prior to seeing Dr. Castille, I had been to another Dr. who had me feeling like the problems I was experiencing were in my head. I saw Dr. Castille, explained what was going on, and she ran a ton of bloodwork, most of which my previous dr hadn't run, and called 2 days later with a diagnosis! I love how thorough she is and she takes her time to listen and doesn't make you feel like she's rushing to get to her next appointment.

Dr Castille treats our entire family and we could not be happier with the care we recieve not only from her but her entire staff. We have found her to be very caring and willing to take her time and listen to all our concerns.Keep up the great work!!

Absolutely wonderful physician and staff. I did extensive research before selecting Dr. Castille and could not be happier. The staff called and left me a VERY long voicemail (with my permission) after my bloodwork came back to let me know everything in detail. This kept us from playing so much of the "phone tag" that is common. Dr. Castille really listened and provided answers to all my questions.
