Athens Urology Clinic gave us trouble from the start. They constantly "lost" samples and mis-ordered tests. They forgot to run necessary tests on submitted samples and cost us many sick leave hours in replacing samples running back and forth to their office when we should have had to make just one trip. Staff was unprofessional and incompetent. Finally we were fed up and decided to change doctors. They were unprofessional and upset and demanded that we pay a $25 fee to transfer records plus $.93 per page!!!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable behavior from one of the 2 major Urology Clinics in town. They should be ashamed and should be cited for their many mistakes, which are paid for only by the patients (who came to them seeking guidance and relief!).
