I would not recommend Dr Raffel to anyone. He did surgery on me and it did not turn out well. He did not respond well to my problems.

Dr. Raffel was supposed to have given me a full face lift. He was to smooth my forehead and lift it, thereby raising my eyebrows at the same time. This did not happen. He removed the bags from under my eyes but put the scars too low under the lid so that they are visible. He also pinched the corners of my eyes when he stitched them so that they healed in a drooping manner and looked pinched. The folds from the nose to my mouth were supposed to have been smoothed out. They weren't. And my neck was to have had a new procedure to give me a more defined and clean neckline. This didn't happen. The neck ended up crepey looking and hung lower on one side than the other. I looked hidious. Dr. Raffel refused to acknowledge any of my complaints acting absolutely stunned that I would feel that way. My eyes, which were one ofmy better points, are ruined, not only in the way they look, but they have also stopped producing tears so that now I have a medical problem.
