Honestly, this is a nightmare. My friend, who’s a mom to three kids, is being torn apart. The middle kid’s dad has a messed-up past with criminal records and he’s got some really sleazy lawyers on his side. And you wouldn’t believe this, but the guy is dangerous and yet, he’s the one with the kid right now. Some woman named Marty Jacobson showed up in court, badmouthed my friend, and lied her head off just because she got paid by the dad. It gets worse – there’s this weird group from a company called Faces, Barbara and Dana, and they’re all about money, not caring a single bit about the kids. That she is still in practice is a pox on the profession. She was totally biased in favor of my ex-son-in-law and, I suspect in cahoots with my daughter’s attorney. She did not interview witnesses who would support the ex’es harassment and menace toward my daughter. Through all the years that have elapsed her lengthy, but skewed, report has caused problems for my daughter. By failing to address the ex’es cruelty and narcissism, she has contributed to a situation today wherein the oldest grandson is estranged from his mother. Shame on her. Avoid her like thre plague she is.
