Blue Cross / Blue Shield
I have seen many doctor's in my young life due to chronic back problems and various mental health issues. Dr Rapp is by far the best doctor that has ever treated me. He is a psychiatrist as well as a cancer pain specialist. He actually keeps up-to-date with medical journals and new drugs. He actually talks to you like a normal person and doesn't B.S. you. I wish he could be my primary care doc. If you ever have the option of seeing him, I would HIGHLY recommend him.
