Paid this guy over $30,000 and had absolutely no growth. He seems jaded by his work. Having had multiple transplants with other doctors, I can tell you his clinic treats you like you're on an assembly line.

Does poor transplant work, there are much better doctors out there. He does alot of marketing to cover up his poor results and bad jobs. He's just after the money not the patient.

Could not believe a consult fee of minimum $50 up $150 was applied. Hason & Wong as well as Bosley offer free consults with much better results. I guess cheap result physicians have to make there money somewhere.

This 'doctor' and staff are completely clueless on how do hair transplants. I was lied to on multiple occasions and the quality of the actual hair transplant experience was negative stars. I have not recovered from the procedure and have to pay a competent surgeon restore the hair that was destroyed.

Dr. Umar is great, but his staff is meh. sometimes they are helpful, sometimes they are ok, depends on who is helping you. overall im highly satisfied with the hair transplant. my hairline looks so natural, i wish i did it earlier. my advice, ignore his staff, but listen to everything dr.umar says, he is def a pro.

I had BHT for my eyebrows a few years ago. I was told the success rate is about 60% which was not true. Yes he was arrogant and not pleasant to talk to and so was his staff but I couldn't have cared less about his attitude if I had gotten the results he promised. His staff forgot to send me an email for me to shave the areas a few days before the surgery and on the day of surgery after finding out that I should have shaved, I complained to Dr. Umar. He checked the office computer and told me that it was sent but never showed it to me. I paid $5000 and I have less than 10% growth of the transplanted hair. Be careful and do your due diligence.

Was rather rude and rough with me. I paid for two days of service and he only gave me a day and a half. Seemed bother at the fact that he had a patient to attend. Has knowledge in the field but seems arrogant and bossy.
