After being there for what felt like an eternity, I was finally seen by a dental assistant that seemed unsure of how to do her job, saying that she needed to ask Dr. Jacobs about something. She finally tracked him down and he said, "Why are you bothering me? Arent you trained for this? Who is this anyway?" She came back in the room and seemed sad, I could tell Dr. Jacobs was an evil man. After getting poked and prodded for awhile and bleeding profusely, Dr. Jacobs came to see me after yet another LONG wait. I was told he went to lunch and was unable to see me till then. He stumbled in and saw me for a grand total of 5 minutes and told me to make another appointment. I told the old hag behind the counter not to bother. He's not a professional. Why doesnt he hurry up and die already?

This place just cannot seem to get their act together. With each visit there's a new doctor in with dr. jacobs and the staff is always different. i had several issues with my teeth and had to keep going back for the same problem, nearly every other day. When the office manager asked dr. jacobs about my case, i clearly heard him say 'who is she? a patient?' that sealed the deal. i was a patient for too long and i feel for anyone who can't see past his insanely unprofessional demeanor.

I had the same experience that the other person did, although my wait only felt like 5 hours. I was there entirely too long for the procedure I had done. Will not be a patient there any longer.

Waited for nearly 5 hours and still didnt seat my crown. I've since learned that this is routine for this office and wont be back.
