Excellent experience. I was seen promptly. Very impressed with his credentials and staff. Trained at the Medical College of Georgia. Additional expertise in MRI, CT, and stroke ultrasound (important to my condition). Very thorough work-up. Made a diagnosis quickly. I was pleased with treatment. Available 24-7. This was important to me. Felt like he was genuinely concerned.

Dr Sida acted as if I was a bother. I had a seizure while away for the weekend-after he'd changed my meds due to a lab problem then lowered the dose due to side effects I was having. I had been 28 yrs seizure free prior to this seizure. When I came home and reported the seizure to him all he wanted to do was change the meds AGAIN and tell me to come back at my regular scheduled appointment-in 3 months. He wouldn't see me. I went to my family dr. and told him everything-he couldn't believe it when I told him about Dr. Sida. I asked to be referred to a neurologist that I know in NC-4 hours away. I will stick to tried and true and tell everyone how bad I was treated. Bedside manner is as important in treatment as the medical part is. I've had questions that he couldn't be bothered with answering. I WON'T recommend him to ANYBODY.

Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Sida. I had back pain and leg numbness for several weeks. I saw several docs with no diagnosis given. Dr. Sida worked me in and after examining me told me he was concerned about pressure on my spinal cord from a tumor. He rearranged his schedule of patients and asked his staff to stay late so I could receive the studies I needed including an emergency MRI of my spine. Dr. Sida read the study himself and related to me that I did indeed have a tumor on my spine. He called the neurosurgeons and started he me on medication. I had surgery the next morning. I am convinced that had I not seen him, I would be in a wheelchair now. Very compassionate with excellent bedside manner not often seen in today's medical environment.

Terrible bedside manner very uncaring he doesn't take time to talk to you.The only thing he does to solve your problem is to go up on your medicine.I would NOT recommend Dr.Sida to anyone.

Poor bedside manner. Seemed uncaring and unwilling to refer elsewhere. Now seeing another neurologist who is wonderful.
