I have found Dr Cher to be a very caring doctor, knowledgeable & is able to put me at ease with his thorough approach to treating my condition. His administrative staff meet all my expectations of a professional administrative team at his clinic. They are friendly & give me their undivided attention as they organise my next appointment or an external appointment eg MRI and settling of my account. They are friendly & helpful. I am lucky to be under Dr Cher’s care and have his very good administrative team assist me.

Dr Cher is a good doctor. Pity that his staff is so unhelpfuk and rude and never returns calls. Their behaviour is nothing short of bullying. I have brain cancer and because of Dr Cher's staff (Ivanhoe clinic) attitude is so awful, I have to consider using a different specialist. The stress is just too high to continue to deal with them in my condition.

Dr Cher is an excellent Neurologist and very knowledgeable and thorough. He is extremely helpful and professional. Certain members of his office administrative staff are absolutely disgraceful in they way they conduct themselves. Unprofessional and insulting would be words that come to mind when describing their manner.

Despite the problem I presented with having been occurring for best part of a year and getting worse, he told me to 'wait and see' and come back and see him in another 3 months if it was still bothering me and he might consider doing an MRI at that point. So he did zilch except charge a 'specialist' fee to tell me that. I went to another neuro who scheduled an MRI straightaway and from that a clear diagnosis of MS.
