I wish I could leave a zero. After being bumped in November and then later having my next appointment cancelled and never rescheduled, I called last week to be seen today. When I tried to check in, I was told I didn’t have an appointment. The receptionist tried to blame me saying that I might have called the office across the street for my appointment. Really? I explained that during the booking the receptionist commented that I hadn’t been in since 2020. How would the wrong office know this? I was told they couldn’t fit I me in and that I would have to rebook. I explained how I’d taken off from work for all of my doctors appointments today, and since the mistake was theirs, that I should be seen. She said they were overbooked, but for the 10 minutes I stood there trying to straighten out their mess, there was never more than one person in the waiting area. I even asked to be seen by one of the other doctors. As the last few visits have been subpar, having a hysteroscopy twice without numbing or sedation, and then being bumped from two appointments, I guess I should have learned my lesson. Don’t worry, I’ve learned it now.

Dr Nadell has been my Dr for many years. I was a high risk patient when I first went to Dr Nadell. I am so very thankful that I found him for my last pregnancy. My youngest son would not be here if not for Dr Nadell. He scheduled me every month up to my 8th month when I saw him every other week. As I know now he is one if the most knowledgeable OB/GYN I have met. I had three other sons before I met Dr Nadell. The difference was night and day. He is witty, a people person. He did surgery after my two LARGE last babies surgery was required. His compassion got me through the surgery. He explained everything in detail. He checked on me throughout my recovery.
If you need an OB/GYN DR NADELL is the best.

Dr. Nadell has been my doctor since I am 20. I'm now 44. I have been through a lot medically and Dr. Nadell has been there for me through it all. Not only is he compassionate but he's smart. He's one of the top surgeons at Winthrop- told to me by one of the nurses at the hospital. I have had two major surgeries with him in addition to other procedures. I'm going through IVF- have been for few years now and he's been a big support. His staff has been extremely helpful as well, especially Denise and Eve. Dr. Nadell is witty and has a an outgoing personality. It's nice to see doctors be like that. I am shocked that other reviews said he is inapppropriate and arrogant. I don't find him to be like that at all. Yes his office is busy but so are most of the doctors offices I go to. Please, if you are debating about going, try out the office first- don't let the negative reviews sway you. For me to take the time to even write a review, you know I support this doctor 100%.

I think he is a smart Doctor. His staff is nice and very busy. There is a long wait at times but no different then some other places, I think that this is the way healthcare has become with all the changes. Sad

Dr.Nadell delievered my son via csection this July. He has been with me since the beginning of my pregnancy which was high risk. He is straight forward, empathetic, took my concerns seriously. Anytime I called and have a question for him he would personally call back. He has a sense of humor which is great so that makes you feel comfortable! The front office staff I wish were nicer but I'm not there to see them! If I have a third he is def my

Dr. Nadell has been my Dr for over 12 years. He has operated on me 4 times, 3 of which were C-sections. The negative reviews here make me laugh. Dr. Nadell is as knowledgeable as they come. I trust him with my life 100% (like I said he as operated on me 4 times). Throughout the years he has always taken the time to explain everything in detail. He has always answered my questions with patience and even humor at times. I read a review here that described him as arrogant. While he is very confident and clearly knowledgeable, I have never found him to be arrogant. Personally, I want my Dr. to be secure and confident in what he says and does, that's exactly what you get with Dr. Nadell. Also, while it is true that at times the wait can seem a little long, I find it's a small price to pay for excellent care.

They don't make doctors like this anymore. He is caring. He is personable. He makes me feel at ease, no matter what the issue is. I am a high risk patient, and he always made me feel like everything was going to turn out fine. And it did. Better than fine. He really, truly cares about his patients, but always prioritizes the precious cargo they are carrying. After trying several other doctors, I was so happy to find him. I have now been seeing him for 20 years.

I don't know where to begin with my dissatifaction of Dr. Nadell's office. I am a semi new patient and everytime I see this dr it's like the first visit all over again. He has no clue who am I or what my medical history is. I recently was there 2x's in 1 week and he couldn't remember me or what tests he was supposed to be performing. I had to ask for the results of my test, which he gave me but didn't explain anything. I don't like that he doesn't have a nurse or attendant in the room during exams. It's very unprofessional. His remarks are inappropriate, as well. I had very important blood tests done and was told to call the next afternoon for my results. My first call I was told they had to pull my file and call me right back. 2 hrs later I had to call them back and they told me I had to wait for the dr to review the results. Another 2 hrs went by and I got Dr. Nadell on the phone. He gave me half assed results and told me he would call back with the remaining results. I expressed how distraught and anxious I was and to please call asap. 4 hrs later still no response. I called again and he had left for the day not to return to the office for 4 days!!! I think he's is arrogant, obnoxious and has no compassion whatsoever. And I agree with the other reviews regarding time management and his staff. I think they all suck.

I am a nurse; worked OB/GYN in Northern & Southern California where I was also a helicopter life-flight nurse for our large regional perinatal center. Also worked at NYU & Winthrop. I feel pretty confident that I know my OB - regular & high risk, and physician & midwifery care. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Dr Nadell. I have worked with many Residents - at University of California Medical Centers, community hospitals, Stony Brook Univ hospital, NYU and others. I observed Dr Nadell way back when he was a Resident at Winthrop & after. My assessment then as well as now is that he was the best Resident I ever observed or worked with - and I am pretty judgmental. He is my doctor & I am very satisfied. Patients ought to realize that when the OB Doc is not in the office & they have to wait he is probably caring for a suddenly critically ill patient - such is the practice of an OB/GYN. To those who don't "get" that, all I can say is, grow up & no Doc is on call 24/7
