The doctor is great, but the staff is horrible and impossible to deal with. I never got out of there in under 1 hr and 15 minutes - and considering I only spent 5 min w/the doctor, that's pretty bad. I had to go through several tests off-site to diagnose my condition. They set up an appt. for me to go over the test results, but when I arrived, the doctor did not have the results that he needed and I had to schedule another appt. to come back in! I was diagnosed with narcolepsy and the prescription that I take for this can not be written for any refills, so the doctor has to write it each month and I have to pick it up. I would call at least 7 days in advance to have it refilled, so that I would not run out, but the staff would always forget to follow up with the doctor and never called me back in a timely manner. At times, I've had to go without my prescription for several days and have even missed work because of this.
