I am so blessed to be a patient ofDr. Lefkowitz. for over 30 years now. He is a very compassionate doctor. He is very caring, attentive and listen to your health problems with patience. His rererrals are all excellent specialists since he is an excellent Family doctor.

Dr. Lefkowitz is a very knowledgeable, caring and thorough Doctor. I have been going to Dr. Lefkowitz for twenty years, and I feel very lucky to have found such a committed Doctor who puts his patients first.

I don’t like this but I prefer my old family doctor but he retired. I don’t know why he move to other medical centers that has no blood work, x-Ray , ultrasound and dermatology. This place is pharmacy store only. I don’t my results next two days but only one months

Dr Lefkowitz is one of the most kind, caring and compassionate Drs I've ever seen in my lifetime. He is also incredibly thorough and I really appreciate his calm demeanour. The wait times have also improved significantly over the years. He is just so wonderful. I can't recommend him enough.

Very professional, caring and takes his time when looking after you or answering questions. His receptionist Sarah is very professional and will always do her best to get you an appointment that suits you

It's extremely sad to be given a 3 hr. window for a call from the Dr. But it's worse to find that it's too small a window.

Dr Lefkowitz has been my doctor for many years, he is truly very interested in helping but his support staff is very useless. Sara the main receptionist is the main problem, she is rude, unprofessional and does not care about any patient. Since he moved to a new location I was hoping it would get better but I was wrong and it went the other way. Dr lefkowitz if you read this I hope you consider letting her go as I am not coming back as long as she is there.

Dr. Lefkowitz is a good doctor, but he has the worse customer service. The receptionists, Sara, never returns my calls. She doesn't follow up, to provide me with my test results, whether they are positive or negative. Most importantly, they have lost some very recent medical records of mine!!!!

I once called her to check on my results and she told me that she will only call me if they will be positive. I asked her if she could call me either way when she gets the results, since I was very worried. She replied, and I Quote “don’t tell me how to do my job, I have been doing it since before you were born”.

I have been tempted to report it to the collage of physicians and surgeons of ontario, but I love Dr. Lefkowitz and I want him to continue being my doctor, but in my opinion he should Get rid of Sara and if that won’t happen I will sadly have to report the office for continued malpractice, as I have been trying to contact the office for a while now in order to book an appointment with him. Leaving voice messages, calling over and over again and getting no reply. As well as loosing medical records from tests that were conducted in the past 10 years. So Dr. Lefkowitz please! If you are reading this take it into consideration.
