If you are the slighest bit overweight, do not let your doctor refer you to her. I remain baffled at her manner. She second guessed every answer I gave on diet and medical history questions, and told me I must have been mentally ill to think I had experienced disordered eating as a teen. Why on earth would I lie about how much I drink or smoke? Her recommendations were contradictory - avoid seafood, dairy, grains, but make sure you fix your low vitamin D levels with enriched dairy, and seafood is good too (what????), and when this is pointed out, she makes you feel like a complete naïf for asking a question instead of her doing all the questions. She is very good at giving scopes but I remain baffled by our inability to communicate with each other. I've never experienced a doctor give so many signals that they thought I was outright lying to their face.

I had a colonoscopy this morning performed by Dr Lin. I asked her if it was possible to do it without anesthesia and she explained everyone is different but why not go ahead. If I needed anesthetic I could ask. I didn’t! Dr Lin explained what she was doing throughout the procedure and also described what I was seeing on the screen. I had no discomfort and enjoyed the interaction with Dr Lin and the RN who was assisting. Dr Lin is skilled, knowledgeable and also kind and caring. She went over my issues in detail before the procedures and explained what she found when it was done. I felt 100% comfortable with Dr Lin and highly recommend her. Dr Lin’s office staff are very good, questions are answered cheerfully and they are ready to help with anything you need. All in all an outstanding medical team!

I never got the chance to see Dr. Cassie. My family doctor referred me to her office for GI issues
I've had bloody stool, Dysphagia, chronic throat clearing and stomach pains

The staff at Dr. Lin's clinic is terrific. I rated Dr. Lin's knowledge as 'okay' only because I had to give it a rating. I have no idea of what she knows because she doesn't share any of her knowledge. During my contacts with her I found that she only asks many questions in a hurry . I don't get feedback of any sort. As such I've been dealing with problems for over 2 years and am no further ahead than when I first went to see her.

Awful! I can wait over 30 mins for an appt yet when I’m 15 mins late due to traffic they tell them they “don’t know if they could fit me in” and I had already paid for parking when they could have told me that on the phone! Are you kidding me?! I’m livid! Takes a lot for me to get here and make me wait super long but when I’m a little late once I get kicked out! Wow-nice dr!

I had a colonoscopy yesterday without sedation. Dr. Linn was very gentle and informative. I experienced no pain and was fascinated to watch the whole procedure. I was able to go home when it was done, alert and had no pain after.

I am a relatively healthy 62 year old man. I had a colonoscopy without sedation performed by Dr Cassie Lin on January 7th 2019. I had a previous colonoscopy in 2009 without sedation. Although not for everyone, with the changes in technology in the past 10 years during this procedure where I had 10 polyps removed my experience was there was absolutely no pain. I had a very brief period of mild discomfort during the entire procedure and rather enjoyed the chats with the clinical staff. I walked out of the hospital shortly after the procedure was completed and went home to relax. I had no gas after which was a bonus compared to 10 years ago. I highly recommend Dr. Cassie Linn and the professional team of clinical staff that support her.

She is very good. She is thorough and explains things well . Follows up quickly and advises you. She stays on top of issues. Even calling at 8 pm on Sunday night. Got my stomach cancer reviewed and all the referrals done quickly. Very good!
