Absolutley disgusted with her manner and the fact that she made a kneejerk reaction based on appearances alone. Would not listen to anything I asked, just brushed it off like my concerns were unfounded. Latched on to a simple question that I had and made that out to be my main concern. Needs to learn to listen to patients and answer the questions asked rather than impose her own prejudicial beliefs. She even went so far as to suggest that I deserved what was happening to me because of my size. Will never return.

Made a phone call to speak with Dr. Rheault, she was not in the office. Reading the review below is correct, the receptionist is not friendly at all, her voice is not welcoming.

This doctor has specific office ours and I am pregnant, I should be having my baby September because I am a diabetic with a high risk pregnancy. She has not called me for my follow up nor check up to see what is going on with my pregnancy. It is Aug 11th, 2023 and nothing. The hours of operation is no good, because at this currently time I am having all kinds of issues.

I have been seeing dr Rheault for 14 years now. She has always been amazing! She has preformed 2 of my laparoscopies, one for endometriosis and one to look further into my infertility. She has always provided me with amazing care and I absolutely love seeing her and the receptionist Dorothy. I had Dr Rheault during my pregnancy with my son and she was wonderful and took such good care of us. When I was hospitalized she came to check on us. When in labour (I was high risk) She let me birth for 18 hours because she knew how badly I wanted to avoid a C-section. It was with a very heavy heart she suggested that it was time to go the csection route as things were not progressing. She was so caring and made sure that I was understanding why and that I was agreeing to it. She even let me go an extra half hour just to make sure I wasn’t going to dilate any further. She did an amazing job on the csection and I hardly have any scar. Other drs have even commented on how small, straight and well done my section was and asked who did it.

I’m pregnant again and going to be requesting Dr Rheault as my OB. I wouldn’t want anyone else. I’m so excited to see Dorothy again as well. She was always so good to me too.

I had a very positive experience during my pregnancy with Dr. Ingles and Dr. Rheault.
Throughout my pregnancy they answered all my questions and concerns, they listened intently when I described what I was experiencing, and were quick to catch and diagnose my Choleostasis. I was fortunate that the day I delivered Dr. Rheault was the Dr. on at the hospital. She identified that my baby was stuck on my pelvic bone, sunny side up. and with his chin flexed up, and that my bladder was under extreme stress. She and my incredible labour nurse, Lori, understood that I really wanted to avoid a c section if possible due to my line of work, and were very compassionate about my concerns. Thanks to Dr. Rheault and nurse Lori, we managed to get him to tuck his chin, get him unstuck and rolled over. I am so thankful for the care I received during labour, and immensely grateful that Dr. Rheault was there to deliver my baby boy.

Came into delivery room w/o speaking to me, episiotomy and IMPROPER placement of forceps causing my daughter to have bleeding in her eye and severe bruising. My daughter is now virtually blind in her right eye due to rushing and improper forceps use. No follow up from her after baby was born, and NO MENTION OF CLEARLY VISIBLE BRUISING AXROSS MY BABYS RIGHT SIDE OF HER FACE.
I wish there was negative star ratings for the terrible things this doctor has caused not only me but many people I have spoke to about her.

Dr. Rheault should not have her license. An absolutely terrible doctor. My sisters 1st child was robbed of a perfectly good eye because of her error. She pinched her eye with the forceps. Now my sisters beautiful baby needs glasses for the rest of her life and will never be able to see right because of this doctor's terrible choices and lack of skill. Then with my 1st child she wanted me to have my baby way too early, saying my placenta was not healthy enough to go full term. Which was incorrect. There was nothing wrong with my placenta. She also wanted to turn the baby, clearly not seeing the septum I had in my uterus. It would have been impossible to turn my baby but she didn't see this. This could have hurt or killed my baby. Her lack of knowledge is disgusting. Also she made me extremely uncomfortable right from the beginning. Making me feel like I had no choices and I was a terrible person for wanting to think about everything before agreeing.

I am 70, overweight and had had painful vaginal exams not in Orillia. Dr. Rheault was knowledgeable , friendly and patient. She engaged me in conversation the whole time she was doing the procedure. It helped me to relax. She treated me like a person.

I had a very quick delivery with my daughter and Dr. Kate was great with helping walk through what she was doing. Very easy experience with her by my side. Also the receptionist is the nicest lady ever.
