My experience with Dr Fazzini has been close to nightmarish as I went to get a sleep apnea mouth appliance in 2020. I had no reservations as I had one in 2008 which Dr Rogers fitted me with. However at 8 months in, I started to notice pain in my jaw and temples, along with cracking and shifting in my jaw while talking and chewing. I adjusted the device back for a while. But the symptoms got worse.
It didn’t occur to me until that point to actually check my bite. When I looked in the mirror, I was shocked to discover my bite, which was previously normal, transformed into a serious underbite, like a bulldog.
I called Dr Buzzini’s office and after some time he got back to me. He said he would help me.
That was the last time I heard anything from him. I contacted the office and said that I was going to seek legal counsel and they said that there are risks involved with this appliance and that I signed a waiver.
Now I am primarily responsible for fixing this and at the last appointment with an orthodontist, I was told I would need jaw surgery.

Dr. Fazzini and his staff do a fantastic job of making sure the patient is comfortable. This was probably the first time in my life that I felt "at ease" in a dental office.

Very personable and friendly. the Doc does not make you feel rushed at all. He treats you like you are his only patient. Definitely recommend Doctor Fazzini.

Dr. Mike is a great, nice guy. If you're looking for a good dentist in downtown Pittsburgh or around the Harmarville area, he's the guy to see.

Dr. Fazzini is a very kind man who will really work with his patients to make sure their dental experience is as relaxing as possible. Additionally, he does amazing work. For instance, the fillings/crowns he did for me are fabulous and still in great shape. I would recommend him whole-heartedly to anyone who is genuinely concerned about their oral health!
