Dr. Fish sent me a registered letter stating I was no longer a patient. I called HGS for my annual TSH level results after an office visit, which she had been unwilling to forward. Because they were unchanged, I did not see any need for a follow up visit just to tell me the same. She became pissed off and dumped me as a patient !
I am now receiving much better care elsewhere.

Dr. Fish is the most uncompassionate, dismissive, condescending health”care” provider I’ve ever encountered in my life. I honestly wish I had the perfect string of words to describe all of the reasons I DO NOT recommend seeking out her services. For a working mother who often puts her health and well-being LAST, she did not hesitate to make me feel like I was wasting her time by dismissing my concerns and making condescending comments every chance she got. I am absolutely appalled by her behavior. I’m sure the reason she has her own practice is because any legitimate hospital would fire her for her horrific bedside manner and poor attitude toward her patience. The only way to get away with it would be to open her own practice. I also witnessed her being rude to her office staff. She lacks empathy and from my experience, is just a miserable human being. Do better Dr. Fish! You should be ashamed of yourself!

I seen Jolene Cook ,NP she reviewed my Bloodwork. A1c was 9.9 increased my Humulin insulin 3 times a day. Works better than Lantus insulin.

Was very pleased with my experience at Dr Fish’s office. There was minimal wait both in the waiting room and after I was in a private room. Very professional and explained things as she went.
