Go somewhere else. Dr, Hughes is lazy, entitled and does not listen to me. Terrible.

I find her approachable and knowledgable. Very friendly and knows my history. Takes the time to review my file and makes sure everything is up-to-date. I have never had an issue.

I've been with Dr. Hughes many years. She has always helped me in my situation and my health issues. She is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens and helps with very good solutions. I recommend her and her staff. Thank you ♥

She is hard to get a hold of.
Her staff is even worse! They act like nurses and try to prioritize clients with 0 knowledge of who should be seen first. So many good doctors out there, PICK A DIFFERENT ONE!!!!

Most of the comments I've read here are fairly old, such as 2015. It is now 2019 and I see very little change in Dr. Hughes' behaviour since those years. It is hard to believe she could ever get a rating above a 2 and also have so many patients have the same horrible experiences, and at the same time have a few, who find her excellent. I simply do not believe the good comments. My experience is exactly as the negative ones I've read. We need Dr.'s for sure but she does the least amount of work possible in every encounter. Of course one should seek a better option. It may be her way and the clinic's to get people to move on as she doesn't want a high number of patients under her care. Why not find another profession Dr. Hughes. People deserve better and so do you...you've studied hard to qualify for some reason but it surely can't be because you love the profession.

Who knows what is going on inside. She doesn't share her opinion most times and leaves one hanging on a thread of doubt. Doesn't get to know the whole patient and ignores cries for help.
I wonder if good reviews are for people she likes vs hates caring for. Given this a lot of thought and pretty sure I am worse off today for having let her have her way. One more try. Refusal to act or refer will be the last time.

Excellent doctor! Best Dr I’ve had. Very nice and knowledgable. She is approachable and takes her time and is very thorough, you can ask her anything. Anytime i’ve seen her I get exactly what I need.

Dr. Tracy Hughes is a fabulous doctor, I've been her patient for over 15 years now, she always listens to me, and always comes up with a solution, she has helped me a great deal in my life, most of my family see her now, Thanks Dr. Hughes
