Update ...my highly trained reconstructive surgeon was unsuccessful fixing the perforated septum that Dr. Feiner caused because of where it was located it has a very low success rate of being fixed because of the location ...my teeth still hurt and i have possible nerve damage ..need to schedule an MRI to find out . He was able to fix the hump deformity but i still suffer with a collapsed valve. This has been absolute nightmare ..all i needed was a deviated septum repair and now have everlasting problems !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience EVER ! Dr Feiner ruined my nose ! Went in for a minor deviated septum repair ..he perforated my septum , collapsed a valve & gave me a hump deformity ..had to find a reconstructive surgeon to fix my nose ..needed a 5 hour surgery ..shape of my nose has changed and my nose will never be the same ! devastating!!!!!!!! Regret ever meeting him ! 0 stars

I never felt like he was ever willing to listen. He was quite dismissive of my struggles. He told me There’s nothing he could do and I just have to “live with it”. Charged over $100.00 in fees to look up my nose and tell me to just “live with it”. I really felt like he just could never be bothered with me.

Been with Pinnacle ENT in Bryn Mawr for long time and well taken care of. Recent sinus issue, decided to go to local office (Dr.Feiner). He looked up my nose, stated nothing wrong, prescribed nasal spray, out door in 5 minutes and month later no better. Billed my insurance for office visit and "surgical procedure". Cost me more money than ER visit at hospital. An ENT doctor should look up your nose and spend more time trying to figure out what is wrong. I was never billed for this at other Pinnacle office. My advise, try somewhere else first. This doctor more concerned with lining his pocket than taking care of his patents

Does not care about finding out what is wrong with patient just cares about making money. I would not send my worst enemy to him.

I went to him with a swollen lymph nod after seeing him he wanted to remove it. All went well but was in a lot of pain afterwards and the pain meds he gave me did nothing for me. When I asked for something else he said that was strong enough and should have done it. Once we found out it wasn't cancer we were done. Now it is 6 months later and i have four swollen lymph nods in my neck. He sent me to see an other specialist. Just a little offended that I had to stop taking my pain pills because they didn't work and got nothing. Sucks still dealing iwth the pain but it is whatever.

Dr. Feiner tends to run a little behind schedule. When I say a little I mean a few hours. Ughhh. He is a fabulous Dr. Though.
