Dr. Castiglione has taken care on my healthcare needs for over 40 years. He is thorough in his assessment and ensures all measured are taken to address any health concerns. He will not hesitate to send you to a specialist for further testing. His secretary Maggie is simply phenomenal and will always go to any length to ensure you are well taken care of.

Totally negligent. His assistant and secretary were helpful but his assessments are questionable. He asked me to perform physical tasks and then reported I have no health problems without asking their repercussions- I have vertigo and PCS. Strongly suggest ANY other doctor. Insurance companies hire him because he willingly doesn't do his job for them.

Dr. Castiglione has been my GP for years. Very helpful each time I've seen him. He knows his stuff. Glad to keep him as my official GP. Maggie, the secretary is great, too.

He's wonderful and knows what he's doing. Dr. He has been very helpful . It it weren't for him I would be in a lot more trouble with my health Wait times are long because he has a lot of patients. Bad doctors don't have a lot of patients. As for his staff, again they have so many people to deal with, they do ok as far as I am concerned, Maggie is wonderful and very helpful, as are the other ladies. She always calls me back in a timely manner.

Rushes your appointment; but, makes you wait hours to see him. Does not focus on preventative care. Primarily has Geriatric patients and forgets how to take care of younger patients. You can go in for migraines, he will give you a prescription; but, does not look into why you have them. Gives you a script and off you go. If you have a family history of something ie: diabetes, cancer etc... does not think hmmm maybe we should investigate to see if you have it, if you are presenting with signs/symptoms?! His office hours are restrictive as well. His secretary does not answer the phone. You have to listen to a long voicemail message in English, then Italian to ask a question/book an appointment etc...not patient care focused at all.

I have been a patient of Dr. Castiglione's for over 10 years and he has always been very responsive to requests and available when needed. The wait can sometimes be long in his office, but I believe that this is because he spends the time with each patient they need, never rushing you out of the door. In my experience his knowledge, experience and professionalism is top notch.
