The GOAT! Dr. Pires is really a gem in this crazy healthcare system. She's so approachable and genuine in her care and treatment of my family, including kids. I'm truly thankful to have her as our family Dr.

Dr. Pires is by the best doctor I have had in the past 40 years. She seems to be genuinely interested in resolving whatever issue you may have. Unlike some of the doctors at walk in clinics, she never seems to be in too much of a hurry to listen and provide comprehensive advice.

Dr. Serena Pires has been my family doctor for 5 years since we relocated to Vancouver. She keeps detailed records of her patients and is always helpful when I have health concerns. She is knowledgeable, keen to help, compassionate, and a pleasure to visit.

THE BEST DOCTOR!! Doctor Pires is truly amazing. I was lucky to find her as my GP and have felt so supported in any concerns that I’ve had since. I recently went through cancer and she was there on her weekends messaging me and coaching me through diagnosis. She even called the hospital to ensure I had the best oncologist available for my treatment. She is truly a life saver.

Amazing Doctor, wonderful staff! Dr. Pires is knowledgeable, compassionate and extremely competent. She is very approachable and you leave her office feeling like you’ve been heard.. She is also the first doctor I’ve ever had that does follow phone calls personally within 24 hours of out of range blood work results. Best doctor ever!
