Cornel is the best doctor that I have had the pleasure to deal with. Out of all the doctors that I have dealt with, he went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs and issues were taken care of. The only people that "dislike" him are individuals who don't listen to his advice, suggestions, or follow-ups that he offers patients for their issues. Best doctor in British Columbia for critical referrals when it comes to specialties (IMO).

Dr. Barnard is very knowledgeable and professional. He really wants to try and do his best to help you. He also takes his time with you on matters that are extremely important, I never feel rushed and appointments often exceed the time limit because Dr. Barnard wants to take the time to listen to your concerns. I also appreciate his straightforward approach. What you see is what you get - he calls them like he sees them. Dr. Barnard will never lie to a patient and I value that. I highly recommend this physician.

Great staff with willingness to accommodate special requests as best possible in a very busy office. Only gave punctuality 4/5 because, well, it's a doctors' office. Dr. Barnard is competent, efficient and compassionate. Keep up the good work!

He understands ptsd, is professional, reviews file and follows up, does tests and follows up and Is thorough, Is helpful refers us to more research on a subject. I am glad he came here.

I have only seen Dr Barnard a couple of times but very happy with him. He listens and understands my situation . He is very professional plus going out of his way when I got to his office late with a miss understanding with the time .

Unfortunately he’s a doctor with pure judgement. If I am scheduled to see a doctor regarding an issue I am having, I expect to talk about and assess that situation regardless of other issues. However he is quick to judge and therefor that makes him unprofessional and not addressing people’s needs the way a doctor should. If any doctor reads this realize that you are supposed to be there for each patient and it’s your job to help everyone, that’s why you choose to be in this profession.

He's a good listener very thorough, always send you for tests if diagnosis is unclear or seems off.
