This is the BEST doctor I have seen hands down. I was severely injured in the military and after several years of trying everything he was the only doctor to reduce my pain at all. He was aggressive in his treatment to help my quality of life instead of just prescribing medicine and it worked! I have known him now for eight years and have never found a doctor as kind and caring for his patients. I do not believe for a moment that he is capable of the accusations. I do believe however that there are people who will do or say anything in an attempt to gain money from others ESPECIALLY doctors. I do not believe any of this! He is fantastic.

Dr. Albert is by far the best pain management doctor for me, he is the only one that actually lowered my level of pain and anguish stress, always smiling and atentive. In a few words : the best and caring person

I was Dr. Esmailzadeh,s patient for a year I was referred to him by my Rheumatologist( because the pain management doctor I had was not really alleviating my pain and medical issues)on my first visit to see Dr. Esmaizadeh I was in so much pain from my back (herniated and bulging disc)and needless to say that I also had severe pain going down my left hip which had me limping for a few years and on my first O.V. with Dr. Esmailzade he saw in how much pain I was in that he shot my backup and by the time I left his office I was feeling much better able to walk Dr. Esmailzadeh scheduled me for shots which helped me tremendously even my migraines seize for a while. Dr. Esmailzadeh was not only a doctor he was an angel sent from heaven he was always very professional respectful kind and caring very few doctors nowadays take the concerns and efforts to see too that you receive the maximum medical attention like Dr. Esmailzadeh I rate him a 10 best doctor ever!

If you do not like Dr. Albert, there is something wrong with you!He is not only well educated, he has a bedside manner that you have only heard about a couple of generations ago. He deals with facts, then he gets to know YOU, then he diagnoses and prescribes. I was almost hesitant (selfishly) to rate him here. Because I don't want him to get so busy that he starts running late or getting tired. After I thought about it, I knew, he would not compromise himself as a Doctor for his established patients. I've been going to him for a year now and he is the best doctor I've seen in my life and in 8 years of being diaognosed!

Dr. E (his moniker)should be called Dr. ****. I saw him for 3 herniated disks and he performed injections in a surgical facility with NO sedation of ANY kind! The pain and pressure from the injections made me rapidly sick to my stomach and I had to vomit. He and his staff just kept saying, "It's almost over....don't be a baby." I got up and promptly got sick and he never checked up on me at all. No meds were ever prescribed for pain after 6 visits. The blocks he did left me with numbness in my right foot and I've actually stood too close to a fire and my foot was severely burned, but I could not feel it. He's a jerk too....very full of himself. He can't walk by a mirror without checking his own reflection.

Dr Albert is a GodSend! 8smilesaday as a phonetically correct way to say his last name fits him and how the patient feels by being treated by him perfectly! Finally I have a Dr. here in Fl that is Genuine, Sincere, Empathatic and more wonderful than I could ever put into words! I am so thankful to have found him and to be one of his patients. I would recommend him to anyone that has pain and is looking for a Dr. who truly wants to help his patient live again. My hour and half drive one way is worth every minute I spend on the road to be treated by him. His staff has treated me wonderfully and Amy is such a dear heart.

Dr Albert is a very nice Iranian expatriot, now an American citizen raised in Texas in the 1970's. He is a very nice man. he is a very helpful. he is very honest. he really wants to help people feel better. he takes the time to talk to you. He is the warm and fuzzy doctor many hope to find but cant. i am so glad i found him. not too many like him for pain management

Very friendly, down to earth, speaks slowly, shows diagrams and models to explain what body parts are involved. Offered more than one option for treatment. All in all... a very good experience.

I have known many doctors both professionally and as a patient, if I could only keep one, it would be Dr. ALbert Esmailzadeh without a doubt. He has correctly diagnosed and effectively treated conditions others have misdianosed or did not address. Though I am a fairly new patient of his, when I walk in his office, I feel like I am seeing an old friend. His desire to heal is unsurpassed and his knowledge equals his desire. There is not a pompous bone in his body! His ears are not there for decoration but he actually listens with them! I would recommend him to anyone who is tired of hurting and wants to get on with their lives. You could search for years and never find another doctor as knowledgeable and caring as he. The front office staff are not as competent as he and his nurse are, but he is well worth it. His nurse is also a lovely lady who truly wants to help. Don't risk trying another doctor - you will not regret seeing him!
