I totally agree with most of the people’s comments. Dr Wong’s receptionists are rubbish with no recycling value. They don’t know how to communicate with people. All they like to do is to speak rudely and hang up the phone. They don’t allow patients and their family to say one word. They should not be the receptionists or they need to be educated/ trained again for good manner. Sadly this should have been done when they were little. Obviously those crazy receptionists lack of family education or their personality is twisted so they treat people badly when they grow up. Dr Wong is not better than those crazy women. He doesn’t care about patients. He cares about his ‘business’. He is not professional either. He won’t review patients’ medication. He and his team should suffer from illnesses and understand the feelings of patients. If there’s zero star for each category, I would definitely give it without hesitation. Dr Wong and his team need to get retired so that fewer patients will be suffered from their terrible service. I won’t recommend this doctor to people.

Garbage doctor, doesn't care, operates his clinic like a business - doesn't let you ask more than 1 question (even if they are all for the same or related issue) and mandates you book another appointment so he can maximize his booking and claims. His focus is not on you, your health, or your wellbeing, but rather how he can extract as much residual business from you and your family.

Doctor is good but the receptionist is just trash. I've been seeing Dr Wong for 25+ years and the receptionists there are rude and keeps hanging up on people. If i could give them 0 stars I would because they definitely deserve it.

Doctor Wong is great with my grandma, his receptionists- not so much. Every time we call all the receptionists are rude and yell at you if you ask questions. I've had them hang up on me abruptly and yell at me when I've called back. My dad is with the other doctor and the receptionists lost all his papers that we dropped off for the doctor - they blamed it on us! They are really ridiculous and don't seem like they know what they're doing.

I've also seen the receptionists yell at people for simply asking an estimate for the waiting time so they could step out for a coffee. It's really unprofessional.

Totally agree with the comment on the new receptionist...she is rude, and totally rubbish...
Talking in a way that you need to beg for service, or permission to talk or see Dr Wong.
Too bad as Dr Wong is so knowledgeable, patient, and caring for patients....

Have been seeing Dr Wong since 1993. He is a great doctor but the current receptionist is just pure trash. The receptionist sounds condescending everytime my mom (who is also under DrWong) tries to book for an appointment. My mom literally has to beg to get an appointment and speak in an extremely polite tone to the her because we are at her mercy. Apparently my mom can't see Dr.Wong two times in one week. Pure trash literally told my mom that she has seen him already and hung up the phone. I am glad i switched out to another clinic. Will be switching my mom out soon. Also this clinic is too outdated, there is no appointment booking system or emails or anything like that. It would be great if they had an online appointment system so no one needs to deal with pure trash.

I've been seeing Dr. Wong for 25+years, as long as I can remember. he is very kind and helpful, very knowledgable and doesn't rush the appointment. he runs a very busy clinic so if you're not one of the first appointments in the morning or after lunch, your wait will be long, as with most other family dr clinics. will be seeing him until he retires, that's for sure!

Zero care for their patients. Constant reminders that they only get paid per visit and to come back (they will never resolve your issues on the first visit, they will always force subsequent visits).

Our family have been seeing Dr. Wong for over 20+ years. Dr. Wong is so kind and considerate. I am never nervous and can go home feeling so thankful to receive such attention. We are so lucky to have this doctor. Thanks Dr. Wong. You're the best!
