Dr. Jacqueline Wong is very nice, personable and more caring than my prior providers and gives time to explain everything your concern is. She is one of the best primary providers I had so far..The staff on the other hand leaves much to be desired. My personal overall experience dealing with the staff on the other hand range from unprofessional, crass and rude sounding when politely dealt with (most if not all), limited comprehension and grasp of simple conversational English (office/nurse manager) to mere incompetence in getting a simple accurate manual blood pressure reading, the systolic (neophyte thin, light skinned med assistant). The regular med assistant I get (Kwan, the huggable chubby one) on the other hand nearly get my blood pressure spot on (same as my home readings--I am a nurse, btw). Get past the dreadful front staff and you'll get that warm and caring attention from Dr Wong..

Dr. Wong is very patient and a good listener. She is willing to listen to your concerns and offer the best advice possible. She's willing to answer all your questions and does not make you feel stupid like other MDs would. She's very detail oriented and doesn't mind to explain things.

If you have great insurance, you'd have a decent chance of finding doctors who take the time to work with you. For many Americans, there are the "HMO doctors" who rush you in and out as fast as they can, dispensing drive-thru medicine. Oftentimes, leaving you quite clueless and helpless about your condition. DR. WONG IS NOT ONE OF THEM! She takes the time to explain your test results, item by item; helps you understand what your condition is, what it entails, treatment options, etc.; advises you on what you should do and why you need to do them; and she helps hold down the cost for those who do not have insurance or have inadequate insurance. The fees she charges as an Internist is extremely reasonable, especially in view of the quality of care she provides. If you are looking for a physician who will provide you with quality care and work with you, Dr. Wong would be an excellent choice!

Dr. Wong spends time and takes time to answer patient's questions. She does not try rushing and pushing patients out quickly in order to see more patients for revenue, in most cases other doctors usually do that. She is open to discuss issues with both men and women if they are willing to... I do recommend this doctor to others....
