It’s hard to be punctual when you know what you’re doing because people want to see you. I saw Dr. Nesbitt for I can’t imagine how many years I have orbital myositis and I’m pretty sure that if it wasn’t for Dr. Nesbitt I would probably be blind by now. he went above and beyond and any time I was needing help he was there 24 seven I don’t care what anybody else says about him. He is absolutely the best and it would be nice to someday see him so the next time I’m through Abbotsford that’s where I’m going for a visit. thank you Dr. Nesbitt for everything you’ve done for me over the years and say hello to your lovely wife and I hope your daughter is doing well. Thank you thank you thank you.

The process to see the doctor was abnormally long and in my view unnecessary visits scheduled ( probably for extra billing’s) prior to consult with doctor.
Once in to see the doc he didn’t give me a very professional feeling and his knowledge seems skeptic. He wanted to schedule another visit sooner than normally done but couldn’t explain why just fumbled around.

Dr Nisbett saved my eyesight. I was misdiagnosed repeatedly by an ophthalmologist who is allegedly one of the best in the province with prestigious degrees. Well, 2 weeks of agony later, 3 ER visits and losing my eyesight, a friend recommended Dr. Nisbett who immediately diagnosed me correctly and knew the right tests and treatment to fix the issue. It was truly scary coming to terms with vision loss as a young woman and don't know what would have happened without Dr. Nisbett. Over a year later (with checkups) and my eyes are doing great. I'm truly grateful to him and his staff.

Dr. Samuel B. Nisbett performed laser eye surgery on one of my eyes back in 1998 I believe it was. My eyesight was bad , had to wear glasses 👓 for as long as I can remember. Didn't like wearing eyeglasses either , even though I knew they helped me see better. Just didn't like to wear them . It was an ex partner who suggested I get laser eye surgery done so I looked into it and was lead to Dr. Samuel B. Nisbett. The surgery was fast and effective, his staff I had no problems with, and I am grateful my eye 👀 sight is still good , don't need prescription eye 👀 glasses. I see regular Optometrist every two years for eye check up and everything is looking well .
Thank you Dr. Samuel B. Nisbett

Dr Nesbitt might be a lot of things but so are other doctors. From the thousands of patients he has had and helped and you only here about the bad comments. When he was practicing in winnipeg he had some troubles here as well. But he has a beautiful family and he saved my sight. When I needed help he was always there to see me. He never once made an advance towards me and although he may have had his staff work long hours and regardless of anything else he was the best ophthalmologist around. My uncle was a trauma surgeon and he cheated on his wife ( my aunt ) for years. But that’s between him and his wife but he saved many lives. No one is perfect so don’t point fingers because when you do there are 3 fingers pointing right ba click at you from your own hand. Thanks Dr Nesbit for everything you have done for me. From Jackie with the orbital myositis.

I am thankful that Dr. S. Nesbitt is no longer in Abbotsford. I was ready to switch to a different doctor, but found out that a different doctor had taken over the practice. I decided to give the new opthamologist, Dr. Randy Walker a try and am I ever glad I did. I had nothing good to say about Dr. Nesbitt and everything good to say about Dr. R. Walker.

I am extremely glad that I found this site: how ever he already fooled me, he had me come three times, for one visit, I spent in totall including long waiting, and my traveling time a totall of nine (09) hours. He had me come back, the staff knows what is going on......I do assume that staff gets paid bonus, for the corruption he does. Now I know why there is a sign telling the victims Not showing up will cost you money!!! See https://www.cpsbc.ca/files/pdf/2005-10-26-nisbett.pdf https://www.cpsbc.ca/files/pdf/2004-07-28-nisbett.pdf so be warned

I saw on this website there was another girl that had it on myositis in it rare disease for your eyes. Dr. Samuel Nesbit not only saved my eyesight, but I believe that he saved my life in many ways. It’s a a horrible disease of the eye. I can’t tell you how many times I begged him to take my eyes out just so I no longer How to deal with the pain. I’ve met his wife and daughter through the years was in the office of my having to deal with steroid injections in my eyes and they were always wonderful and extremely professional. Many times over the years I had had enough and just wanted to end the pain. Thanks to Dr. Nesbit I still have site and I have pain management, thank you to a pain management clinic.
