I laid in a hospital bed watching a severe infection destroying my leg while Abualfoul sat by playing with his doctor bag. His advice? “Stop complaining, it could be worse. There are two guys down the hall with what you have and they won’t be leaving.” The infection kept coming back and this quack had no clue what caused it or how to stop it. It got to the point I was going to lose my leg, so I went to the U of I Infection Clinic. An intern took over my care and it stopped dead. This guy should be sued into oblivion and out of practice. If you see him, run away fast.

I was struggling with my health for over 4 months, and suspected an infected root canal was causing my illness. Had seen 3 other dentists in Dubai with xrays, each of them told me, all was fine and there was no infection. I then visited Dr Ahmed Abou Foul. At this clinic and when he saw the xrays, he said for sure it was infected, and explained that he would clean the infection, disinfect the tooth and refill the root canal. He is meticulous in his work, I was so relaxed as he worked, and he spent over an hr with the tooth. after the other experiences I had in other places, I plan to see him for all my dental work as he is honest, incredible at his job and the clinic so clean and the nicest staff.
If you looking for a dentist that cares about patients well being more than quick money. Don’t hesitate. What a wonderful doctor and human being

Dr Abu-Al-Foul is very knowladgeable and can explain thing well. I would recoommed him to anyone
