He performed a septoplasty and turbinate reduction in November 2014 after a year of sinus infections that didn't respond to medication. While I still took pain meds, the pain was less than I expected. On top of that, Jack is an awesome doc with a great bedside manner and sense of humor. I wouldn't hesitate to have surgery with him if needed.

Dr Williams and his staff are excellent. I wish all of our doctors were this amazing. I took my son to see him after he failed his hearing staff and every single one of the the staff (from the receptionist, to the physicians' assistant, to the audiologist, to the doctor himself, were incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease. They all took time to answer all of our questions (even a few of my son's questions that were pretty unrelated to our visit). We were seen right on time and weren't rushed out of there once we were seen. All and all a really amazing practice.

Dr. Williams rocks. I saw several doctors before him, all of whom were stumped regarding my chronic nasal congestion. Dr. Williams was the only one who took the initiative to propose correcting my deviated septum in order to improve my air flow. He recognized my problem, proposed a solution and I have breathed so much more easily (literally) since. A great guy too. He will actually listen to you and doesn't come across as having a god complex. He even called me at home after my surgery to make sure I was doing OK.

Dr Williams and his staff are wonderful medical personnel. They listened well and responded to concerns. Dr Williams himself was both knowledgeable and reassuring when I had trouble with my vocal cords. He identified the cause of my problems, explained the reasons for his diagnosis clearly, and gave me a course of treatment that enabled me to sing again.

He was very curtious, considerate, and caring. He actually listened to what I had to say before diagnosing my problem. He was honest, and I felt very relaxed and safe when I had my tonsillectomy.
