I have been ordered to be evaluated by Dr. Foox for my work injuries three times. I have learned that it does not matter what I report to him or offer him in the form of documented reports, he is going to report what he wants to report, the way he wants to report it. Even though he supposedly dictates information into a small tape recorder, when I receive the report from the insc. adjuster, much of it is false or inaccurate. At the last evaluation, he actually said to me,"your adjuster did not like my answer (pertaining to some part of my injuries) that I gave last time, so I have to answer it differently for her this time." I could go on and on.... but the fact is, he is paid a very large sum of money by the insc. carrier, only to have several patients wait an extremely long time to be seen, then he spends only enough time to ask questions that the adjuster request, and he is paid for documenting his "opinion" which he is not even held accountable for if his opinion is inaccurate.

Made false statements in ins report.Did not exam me like he said in report. Spent less then 5 min with me. Report sounded like he spent 2 hrs with me.Would not listen to me.
