Took my son to see Dr. Vlach. I was not impressed at all. If you have somebody with special needs, I would recommend going to somebody else. I told Dr. Vlach about my son's chromosome deletion and the kidney problems with this chromosome deletion. He dismissed me. I can't afford to have my son treated so poor. His health is important. I am now looking for another urologist.

Appointment was scheduled as a one-year follow-up at the time of the last appointment. A reminder call was received prior to the appointment. Check-in was timely and efficient. Wait time was minimal. Time with the nurse for vitals and preliminary questions/tests was efficiently spent. Time with the doctor was effective with all questions being answered in clear and easily understood terms.

A bunch of nice people and not much of a wait time at all. Not like other offices that you sit for a long time and wait, Then they call you to see the Dr. And wait a half hour or longer for the Dr. to come in to see you..

The Wisconsin Institute of Urology has a great facility in Appleton, great staff, and short wait times. Dr. Robert Vlach is a great doctor, he made sure that everything was in good condition. He went above what most would have done.
